Mount Seymour Little League provides baseball for boys and girls ages 4 – 18 in the Deep Cove & Seymour communities of North Vancouver, BC. Our league promotes fun, friendship, great baseball, good sportsmanship, volunteerism and skills development to players of all ages and all abilities. We are also proudly affiliated with the North Shore Adults Challenger Baseball League.

Rally Caps Skills Day – Sat 11th May
The first 2019 Rally Caps Skills Day will be on Saturday 11th May. On skills day we will set up a series of stations on the Rally Caps field. Each team will move through the stations and the players will have a chance to try out the skills they have learned so far....
