MSLL is offering winter baseball skills training for players in Rookie Junior through to Majors. These are indoor sessions that focus on development of key baseball skills.
Parkgate Training
This training is intended for players who are entering the Rookie Junior or Rookie Senior divisions in the 2016 season. Sessions are held in Parkgate gym on Sunday mornings through January and Febuary.

Inside Performance Level I
This training is intended for players who played either Rookie Senior or AA during the 2015 season. The sessions are held at the Inside Performance facility on Saturday afternoons through January and February.
